Going bananas over this CHOCOLATE BANANA BREAD 🍫✨ Banana bread is one of my classic meal prep staples 🙌🏻 It’s the best to have for breakfast during the week when you’re running out of the door! Did I mention you can make this gluten free AND it has no refined sugar?! 😏 Hope you all are having the best Tuesday ✨

What you need

cup honey

ripe banana

tsp vanilla extract

cup cocoa powder

cup mini chocolate chips

cup unsweetened almond milk

cup almond flour

tsp baking soda

cup coconut oil

egg
Instructions
Preheat an oven to 325 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, & cinnamon. In another large bowl, mix the bananas WELL, then mix in the milk, coconut oil, honey, eggs, and vanilla. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Pour in a greased 9 x 5 loaf pan and top with chocolate chips. Bake for 45-50 minutes.View original recipe
