Chocolate Oatmeal Bowl

Starting the week off on a good note with this Chocolate Oatmeal bowl. This is one of my favorite ways to prepare oatmeal, adding cocoa powder for a healthier chocolate fix that still tastes like dessert.

What you need

banana

cup unsweetened coconut flakes

tbsp unsweetened cocoa

cup rolled oats

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp maple syrup
oz nut butter
Instructions
Add oats, almond milk, cocoa powder, and maple syrup to a pot over medium heat, stirring well. Wait until the liquid begins to bubble, then turn down the heat to a simmer, add a lid and cook for 3-5 minutes. Once cooked, add sliced banana, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, and almond butter as toppings.View original recipe
