CHOCOLATE PB GRANOLA ✨

This is one of my most remade recipes ever! I’m always buying granola but realized I can make it and home and make it taste amazing 🤩 It makes a giant batch so I like to store it in an airtight container and add it to yogurt or honestly just have it as is 😆 also vegan and gluten free!

What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

pinch pink himalayan salt

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

cup maple syrup

cup rolled oats

cup cocoa powder

tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients: rolled oats, cocoa powder, coconut sugar. In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: peanut butter, melted coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla. Combine the wet with the dry ingredients and stir well. Fold in the chocolate chips, coconut shreds and a pinch of salt. Add to a parchment paper lined baking sheet and press down well, bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes, then break into clusters. Store in an airtight container.View original recipe
