Since Easter is approaching or for just a fun spring treat it’s a perfect time to make COPYCAT REESES EGGS 🍫🥚 I love making these every year because they’re so fun and easy to make! I used coconut flour to achieve that perfect texture just like our favorite candy but if you don’t have it don’t sweat it, you can use powdered sugar instead. Plus it only requires 6 ingredients!!! 🙌

What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

pinch fine sea salt

tsp coconut oil

tbsp powdered sugar

cup dark chocolate
Instructions
In a bowl, add the peanut butter, coconut flour, maple syrup & mix well. Roll a tablespoon size ball of the mixture in your hands then flatten it and mold into an egg shape. Place on a parchment lined plate or small baking sheet and freeze the eggs for at least 15-20 minutes. Add the chocolate to a bowl with the coconut oil and melt in the microwave for increments of 15 seconds, stirring in between, until fully melted. Let the chocolate cool a bit then dip in the peanut butter eggs with a fork to coat the entire egg. Optional: add leftover chocolate to a ziplock bag, cut one of the ends, drizzle chocolate on top and sprinkle sea salt. Freeze the eggs for 5-10 more minutes until the chocolate hardens and enjoy!View original recipe
