Introducing my take on the CRUNCHWRAP SUPREME! After having the legendary original version, I wondered, why can’t I make this at home? And let me tell you my friends, this was so much fun and easier than expected. Now for the important question, what hot sauce are you pairing with this?

What you need

tbsp taco seasoning

oz shredded cheese

cup sour cream

head romaine lettuce

cherry tomato

burrito-size tortilla

Instructions
Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning until browned. Break the taco shell in half to create a “tostada” and use it as a guide to cut a smaller circle out of 1 tortilla, set aside. Heat cashew queso in the microwave for 30 seconds, spread on the tortilla. Add turkey meat, then the “tostada” taco shell, then spread sour cream on top of the “tostada”. Add romaine, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese, & top with the smaller tortilla you set aside. Fold the larger tortilla around the toppings, creating creases as you go. Heat a skillet over low-medium heat with olive oil, add the Crunchwrap seam side down & cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until browned. Cut in half and enjoy!View original recipe
