This combination is crunchy, creamy and so delicious 🤤 I have it as is but it’s also great with chips for scooping 🤭 Makes about 2-4 servings and great for a meal prep too ✔️ You can also swap for dairy free substitutions too! I did that so this is actually 100% dairy free believe it or not 👀

What you need

fl oz extra-virgin olive oil

red onion

cup tzatziki
english cucumber

fresh lemon juice

cup feta

can chickpea
Instructions
dice onion and cut cucumbers into quarters in a large bowl, add the diced cucumber, chickpeas, onion, feta and tzatziki and mix well drizzle extra virgin olive oil, squeeze fresh lemon juice and add salt and pepper and mix once more have as is for a meal or serve as a side for a dishView original recipe
