Easy 5-Ingredient Shrimp and Orange Salad

SO many of you ask for EASY school or work lunches so I’m showing you a salad I’ve been bringing to work! 🥗 This salad is just 5 simple ingredients too 🙌🏻✨ Plus you can get creative with it! I like to add feta, goat cheese, or avocado too 🥑☺️ Have the best Wednesday friends!

What you need

pepper

tsp garlic powder
shrimp
orange

fl oz olive oil
tsp salt

bunch arugula
walnut

fl oz balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
Use arugula as the base of your salad. Defrost frozen shrimp in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes. Cut red onion & orange slices. Remove shells from shrimp & season with desired seasonings—mine’s salt, pepper, & garlic powder. Heat up a skillet with olive oil over low-medium heat, add shrimp, & cook for 2-3 minutes each side.
