Easy Chicken Tacos

It’s TACO TUESDAY and these are by far some of the BEST tacos I’ve ever made! They’re so much easier than they look. The chicken is cooked over the stove, making this entire meal take no more than 30 minutes of active time, totally doable even after a long day.

What you need

pepper

fl oz olive oil
tsp salt

corn tortilla
chicken thigh

oz feta

fl oz avocado oil

tbsp chili powder

lime

tsp garlic powder

red onion
Instructions
Add chicken along with 1/2-1 cup olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to a ziplock bag and marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. The longer it marinates, the more flavorful it will be (you can do this the night before). Heat 1 TBS of oil (avocado oil is good for higher temps, but olive oil is fine) in a skillet over medium heat. Cut chicken thighs into pieces and add to the skillet. Cook on each side for 4-5 minutes until cooked through. Optional: Heat up tortillas on a skillet to warm them up.
