Easy Crab Cakes

Preparing for Memorial Day with these easy CRAB CAKES! Crab cakes are so delicious but can be pretty expensive, which is why I made a more affordable version. Usually lump crab is used for crab cakes which can be over $20, so I picked up a can of lump crab for $6 which made 4 patties! This stuff tastes like the real deal too. I also have a similar recipe for tuna/salmon patties in my feed! Hope you have the best Tuesday my friends.

What you need

pepper

tbsp mayonnaise

tsp old bay seasoning

tbsp lemon juice

tsp dijon mustard
can lump crab meat

clove garlic clove

tbsp parsley

yellow onion
egg

cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
Drain the can of crab meat and empty it into a large bowl. Add all of the ingredients and make sure to mix well. Form a little over 1/4 cup size patties, which will result in 4 patties. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes. Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil and cook the patties on each side for 3-5 minutes until golden brown.
