Easy Roasted Red Pepper Sauce Pasta

Bring a pot of water to a boil, add linguini, and cook linguini for 9-11 minutes. Meanwhile, add the rest of the ingredients (roasted red peppers, olive oil, shallot/onion, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper) to a blender and blend until combined. The sauce will be cold, so you can add it to a skillet if desired to warm it up, or just toss it directly with the warm pasta when done. That's it!
