French Toast Sticks

Best way to beat the Sunday scaries? FRENCH TOAST STICKS ✨ These used to be my favorite in my school’s dining hall 😋 I added a bit of cinnamon sugar to these which you can omit if you’re trying to cut back on sugar! I personally don’t think a little will hurt though 😆 Happy Sunday friends! 🤗

What you need

fl oz maple syrup

fruit

tbsp ground cinnamon

cup milk

tsp vanilla extract
egg

tbsp table sugar

fl oz coconut oil
Instructions
Cut bread into long strips. Add egg, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk to a bowl and mix. Heat a skillet over low medium heat with coconut oil (or any non-stick spray). Dip each stick into the mixture & add to the skillet, cook each side for 2-3 minutes. In another bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar and coat each stick.
