What you need

tsp vanilla bean

cup maple syrup

tsp baking soda

cup coconut milk

cup powdered sugar

tsp coconut oil

cup pastry flour

tbsp unsweetened almond milk

tsp baking powder

tsp salt

Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. In a large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (GF pastry flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt). 3. In a small bowl, combine all wet ingredients except for coconut oil (eggs, maple syrup, vanilla extract, vanilla bean, coconut milk) with a hand mixer. 4. Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix. 5. Add coconut oil and mix again. 6. Fill donut pan 3/4 of the way full and cook for 13 minutes. 7. Let donuts cool completely. 8. Prepare the glaze: Combine powdered sugar, vanilla, and almond milk. 9. Dip cooled donuts in glaze mixture and put in fridge to harden. 10. Dip in glaze mixture again for more frosting and cover with sprinkles.View original recipe
