My go to lunch as of late has been this HARVEST BOWL β¨ This salad bowl is nourishing and has tons of healthy carbs to keep you satiated longer ππ» I meal prep the sweet potato and chicken to make my life SO much easier so assembling this only takes 5 minutes ππ» Happy Wednesday yβall! π

What you need
bunch kale

sweet potato

chicken

fl oz olive oil

gala apple

quinoa

fl oz balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
Wash kale in a salad spinner and add to a bowl. Add a drizzle of olive oil and βmassageβ the kale to reduce bitterness. Heat up rice quinoa mix in the microwave for 90 seconds and add to the bowl. Add chicken, sweet potato, gala apple cubes, and goat cheese. Serve with your favorite dressingβI recommend balsamic.View original recipe
