Instructions
- preheat oven to 425°F - cut potatoes in quarters - in a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, rosemary, salt + pepper - add chicken and potatoes to a baking sheet and toss with oil herb dressing - bake for 30 minutes - meanwhile wash green beans and toss with a bit of olive oil, salt, pepper and minced garlic cloves - add green beans to the baking sheet and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F and potatoes are golden brown - serve on a plate and enjoy! if using for meal prep divide into separate containersView original recipe
