Since I’m always ordering @cava I made it my mission to make my order at home. I did everything from the “crazy feta” and even my own lemon herb tahini dressing. I know, what can’t I do 😌 Don’t feel like you have to follow this exactly, use what you have! That might look like using microwave rice or using crumbled feta, either way every recipe is a masterpiece 👏

What you need

bunch arugula

cucumber

bunch grape tomato

tbsp cilantro

oz feta

box skinless boneless chicken thighs

cup greek yogurt

fl oz fresh lemon juice

clove garlic clove

tsp fine sea salt

cup tahini
tbsp water

cup white rice
tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
jalapeno

fresh squeezed lemon juice
Instructions
Season and cook chicken on a pan with oil over medium-high heat for 5-8 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temp of 165°F. Rinse rice, add it to a pot with double the amount of water, bring to a boil then cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Blend all ingredients for the crazy feta in a food processor or blender but be careful not to over blend, you still want texture. Blend together all ingredients for the dressing. Dice cucumber and tomatoes into small pieces. Add arugula, rice, chicken, cucumber & tomatoes, pickled onions, crazy feta and hummus to a bowl, top with dressing.View original recipe
