This is your sign to make these HOMEMADE DRUMSTICK ICE CREAM CONES🍦 Now that summer is around the corner and we’re starting to hear ice cream trucks around the corner, why not make your favorite treats at home? This turned out SO GOOD and way better than the original tbh 🤭 You can also make these gluten free/vegan like I did! I used GF sugar cones and coconut milk ice cream 🤤 I will hands down be enjoying these all summer long 🌞

What you need

tsp coconut oil

pt ice cream

ice cream cone

cup peanut
Instructions
Place sugar cones in small cups then onto a small baking dish or tray, the tray is optional but it makes it easier to take in and out of the freezer. Add the chocolate to a bowl with the coconut oil and melt in the microwave for increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between. Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it sit out to soften a bit. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of chocolate into the bottom of each cone, then freeze the cones for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Scoop some ice cream into each cone and then top with a rounded scoop, set in the freezer for 15 minutes or until the ice cream is no longer soft. Dip each ice cream cone into the remaining melted chocolate and quickly add the chopped peanuts on top, you’ll have to move quickly as the chocolate begins to harden. Freeze for 5-10 more minutes until the chocolate sets. Take them out of the freezer and enjoy! Store the rest in the freezer in an airtight container or bag for 3 months.View original recipe
