What you need

cup creamy peanut butter

tbsp maple syrup

cup dark chocolate

tsp coconut oil
Instructions
1. Line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners. 2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl in the microwave for increments of 15 seconds, stirring in between until fully melted. 3. Pour about 1 tablespoon of the melted chocolate into each liner and freeze for 5 minutes. 4. Meanwhile, mix the peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup until you get a thick batter. 5. Roll 1 teaspoon of the peanut butter mixture into a ball, then flatten it into a disk. 6. Add each disk to the center of the chocolate cups, making sure they don’t touch the sides. 7. Pour the remaining chocolate mixture on top and freeze for 10-15 minutes until set. 8. Store in the freezer and let thaw for a couple of minutes before eating.View original recipe
