tbsp Coconut Yogurt

tbsp coconut oil

ginger snap cookies
Instructions
Blend Emmy's Organics lemon ginger cookies in a food processor with melted coconut oil. Mold the cookie mixture in a sprayed mini muffin tin until you get 9 mini tarts. Place tarts in the freezer for at least 15 minutes. Put yogurt in a ziplock bag, cut a corner off one side of the bottom, and pipe the yogurt into the tarts.
