Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese and buffalo sauce together. Combine the chicken and 1/2 cup of the cheddar cheese with the mixture, add to a baking dish. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese and bake for 20 minutes, optional broil for 1-2 minutes to brown the top. Top with scallions and blue cheese and serve with chips and veggies.
