Who says you can’t play with your food? I had so much fun making this MATCHA MARBELED BAKED OATS 🍵 I was making baked oats the other morning and as I was pouring the batter in my bowl, I wondered about making a matcha version. So I stopped what I was doing and blended remaining batter with matcha powder and swirled it in and ta-da! A masterpiece 😙👌🏻 Happy Friday y’all! 💃🏼

Preheat oven to 400°F. Blend all ingredients except the matcha powder in a blender. Pour a little over 3/4ths of the batter in an oven safe baking dish (a ramekin is suggested). Blend the remaining batter with matcha powder. Pour the matcha batter on top and using a toothpick or knife, make swirls around. Bake for 22-25 minutes.
