What you need

seaweed

avocado

cucumber

salt

sesame oil

sriracha

mayonnaise

sparkling water
Instructions
- prepare rice over the stove - drain a can of tuna and add to a bowl with mayo, sriracha, sesame oil, salt and mix until combined - slice a cucumber and avocado - add a piece of nori to a plate or current board (shiny side down) - add rice to the center of the nori - add spicy tuna mixture on top, then layer cucumber and avocado - add a bit more rice on top then top with a square piece of nori (I cut one sheet into fourths and use one of the squares) - fold each corner inward and wrap in saran wrap, refrigerate for 5-10 minutes - cut in half and enjoy with soy sauce or spicy mayoView original recipe
