PB&J CUPS 🍫 If you really know me, you know Reese’s cups are my favorite candy 🙌🏻 So making a healthier version is a given 💁🏼‍♀️ Especially if it involves jelly too 🤤 And let me tell you, it was the BEST addition! Instructions

melt chocolate in the microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring in between or double boiler method on the stove

- line a muffin tin with cupcake liners

- pour 1 TBS of chocolate in each liner, chill in the freezer

- combine peanut butter, coconut flour, and maple syrup in a bowl

- take 2 teaspoons of PB mixture in your palm, roll and flatten until you create a “disk”

- add PB disks to the chocolate filled liners making sure it doesn’t touch the sides

- top with 1 teaspoon of jelly each, then pour 1-2 TBS chocolate over and freeze for at least 10 minutes until set
