What you need

cup unsweetened almond milk

tsp chia seed

banana

cup quick oats

pinch maple syrup

cup fresh raspberries
oz gelatin
Instructions
For the chia seed jam, add raspberries to a saucepan over low-medium heat. Mash the raspberries with the back of a spoon, add chia seeds and a pinch of maple syrup and stir until combined, set aside. In another saucepan, add oats, milk, and collagen over medium heat. When it begins to bubble, turn the heat to a simmer and cover for 3 minutes.
