Preheat oven to 350°F. Mash bananas in a large bowl with the back of a fork until all clumps are gone. Add vanilla & melted coconut oil and mix. Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder and mix. Fold in chocolate chips. Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper, pour in batter. Dollop peanut butter on top, spread and create swirls with a butter knife. Bake for 40-45 mins.
