Looking for a quick lunch idea? Look no further than this PESTO CHICKEN WRAP 🌱 Pesto is one of my favorites and I’ve been loving ordering anything with pesto lately. This wrap is only 6 ingredients and took no more than 10 minutes to assemble which is perfect in between zoom meetings 🙌🏻 I’ve been struggling with easy lunch ideas but this will be a great one in my meal rotation! I have a grill pan which made panini like marks but feel free to use a regular pan to heat this up! Hope you have a great Wednesday! 💃🏼

Cook chicken if not already cooked on a pan over medium heat for 4-6 minutes each side, then cut into cubes. Toss the cooked chicken in a bowl with some pesto. Add the pesto chicken, roasted red peppers, spinach, and shredded mozzarella to the middle of a tortilla and fold. On a pan over low-medium heat, add a pinch of olive oil and the wrap. Cover with a lid to help melt the ingredients on the inside for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cut in half and enjoy.
