Quick Tuna Salad

If you’re looking for my go-to quick lunch, look no further than this TUNA SALAD. I love tuna salad in a pinch because I always have cans of tuna in my cabinet. I like to add celery and red onion for some flavor too. Enjoy in a wrap, on a sandwich, or even on top of salad. Bonus points: this paired with a Diet Coke for some reason is *chefs kiss* 🤌

What you need

bunch spinach

fl oz lemon juice

pepper

tsp salt

tbsp red onion

tsp dijon mustard

tbsp celery

can tuna

tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
Drain the canned tuna in the sink and add it to a bowl with the mayonnaise and stir. Add in the diced red onion, celery, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and some salt and pepper, then stir to combine. Taste and adjust any needed ingredients such as adding more salt and pepper. Add the tuna salad to a wrap with spinach, cut in half, and enjoy.View original recipe
