Bringing you my latest obsession: SALMON CAESAR SALAD 🥗 I don’t know what it is but salmon on caesar salad is so underrated, I’ve ordered this at restaurants before and had to make it myself. Plus, I made my salmon AND croutons in the air fryer! You can make both in a standard oven too. I also paired it with this vegan tahini caesar salad dressing which is my favorite 🙌🏻 Hope you have a great Tuesday friends! ✨

What you need

bunch thyme
tsp salt

pepper

fl oz olive oil

bread

tsp garlic powder

head romaine

tbsp lemon juice
cup tahini
salmon fillet

tbsp water

clove garlic clove

tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
Use romaine as the base of your salad. Season salmon with a pinch of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook in the air fryer at 395°F for 7-9 minutes or 400°F for 12-15 minutes in the oven. Cut your bread of choice into cubes, coat lightly with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Cook croutons in the air fryer at 390°F for 3-5 minutes or 375°F for 15-20 minutes in the oven until golden brown. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing (tahini, water, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, dijon, salt, and pepper) in a bowl and drizzle on top of salad, garnish with pecorino romano and pepper.View original recipe
