SALMON CAESAR SALAD

Use romaine as the base of your salad. Season salmon with a pinch of olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and cook in the air fryer at 395°F for 7-9 minutes or 400°F for 12-15 minutes in the oven. Cut your bread of choice into cubes, coat lightly with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and thyme. Cook croutons in the air fryer at 390°F for 3-5 minutes or 375°F for 15-20 minutes in the oven until golden brown. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing (tahini, water, minced garlic clove, lemon juice, dijon, salt, and pepper) in a bowl and drizzle on top of salad, garnish with pecorino romano and pepper.
