What you need

fl oz olive oil

pepper

salmon

tsp garlic powder

sweet potato
cup tahini

tbsp water

clove garlic clove

tbsp lemon juice
bunch kale

tsp dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Add salmon to a baking sheet with olive oil and season generously with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 15-18 minutes. 3. While salmon bakes, prepare the tahini dressing: In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the tahini dressing (tahini, water, lemon juice, minced garlic clove, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper) until well combined. 4. Wash the chopped kale, add the dressing, and massage together. This helps break down the kale, making it less bitter. 5. Once salmon is cooked, assemble the nourish bowl by topping the massaged kale with sweet potato wedges and the baked salmon.View original recipe
