SALTED COOKIE DOUGH BARK

This is a fun no bake, healthier take on cookie dough and it tastes just like the real deal! I’ve seen this all over so had to make a version myself. The flakey sea salt is totally optional but idk about you but I LOVE sweet + salty 🤤 Store in the freezer for a quick treat you can snag anytime!

What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp vanilla extract

cup coconut oil

cup almond flour

cup maple syrup
Instructions
In a bowl, add the almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla and a 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and mix until combined. Line a baking sheet and add the mixture, press down and store it in the freezer for a couple minutes. Meanwhile, melt the remaining chocolate chips in the microwave and let cool. Pour chocolate on bark and freeze for 30 mins. Remove from freezer, cut into pieces and enjoy! Store the rest in the freezer for up to 3 months.View original recipe
