Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad

What you need

tsp salt

tbsp apple cider vinegar

honey crisp apples

cup extra-virgin olive oil

tsp dijon mustard

cup dried cranberries

lb brussel sprouts

cup candied pecans

tsp maple syrup
oz parmesan cheese

tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions
Rinse brussels sprouts and dry, then cut off the end of each. If using a knife, cut the brussels sprout in half then thinly slice each half or you can slice on a mandolin, but please be careful! Then make your dressing by adding olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt and pepper to a container and mix them to combined, feel free to adjust anything here. Cut a Honeycrisp apple into small dices. To a large bowl add the shaved brussels sprouts, diced apple, candied pecans, dried cranberries, and shave some Parmesan.
