Spaghetti Squash with Spinach Feta Meatballs
Serves 420 mins prep45 mins cook
The latest comfort meal I’ve been having on repeat: SPAGHETTI SQUASH 🍝 Even better? I made SPINACH FETA MEATBALLS to go along with it and it might be my new go-to meatballs 😋 Spaghetti squash is so much fun because of its natural “spaghetti” texture that occurs when you pull it apart once it’s roasted, hence the name. FYI it takes quite a bit of time to roast but it’s SO worth it! Plus it makes enough to meal prep for the week ☺️
