Strawberry Vinaigrette Salad with Shrimp

What you need
tsp salt

oz goat cheese

fresh blueberries

cup strawberries
shrimp
tbsp apple cider vinegar

fl oz olive oil

bunch spring mix

slivered almonds
tbsp liquid honey

fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients for the strawberry vinaigrette (1 cup diced strawberries, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 lemon juiced, 3 TBS apple cider vinegar, 2 TBS honey, salt) to a blender and blend until well combined. Set aside in the fridge. 2. Defrost shrimp, then season with salt and pepper. 3. Cook shrimp over medium heat on a skillet with olive oil for 2-3 minutes each side until cooked through. 4. In a bowl, add BrightFarms spring mix as the base of your salad. 5. Add the cooked shrimp, sliced strawberries, blueberries, almond slivers, and goat cheese on top of the greens. 6.
