Sweet Potato Hummus

I swear my love language is hummus which is why I made some SWEET POTATO HUMMUS š Adding sweet potato, which is also a favorite, was such a game changer šš» Iām always looking for ways to spice up my snacks and this was such a good one! What you need

sweet potato

tsp paprika
tbsp water

lemon

tsp red pepper flake

can chickpea

cup tahini

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

pinch salt
Instructions
Wash sweet potato and pierce with a fork, wrap in a paper towel and microwave for 5-7 minutes until soft. In a food processor, add the sweet potato, rinsed chickpeas, tahini, olive oil and blend. Add lemon juice, paprika and a good amount of salt and blend again. Add a couple tablespoons of water to loosen the consistency. Add to a bowl, top with additional olive oil, red pepper flakes and cilantro.View original recipe
