What you need

cup honey

cup creamy peanut butter

tsp ground cinnamon

cup nut mix

cup flax meal

cup rolled oats
Instructions
- in a large bowl, add the rolled oats, flaxseed, trail mix and cinnamon - then add the peanut butter, honey and vanilla and mix well - spoon some of the mixture into your hands, about one and a half tablespoon in size, and use both hands to roll into a ball - set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes for the ingredients to set - store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or in the freezer for up to three monthsView original recipe
