Bringing back my love of granola with this VANILLA CHOCOLATE CHIP GRANOLA. This recipe offers a delightful mix of vanilla and chocolate, requiring only about 7 ingredients and taking less than a half hour to make. Perfect for topping yogurt, smoothies, or enjoying on its own.

What you need

cup semisweet chocolate chips

tsp ground cinnamon

cup rolled oats

pinch salt

tsp vanilla extract

tbsp coconut oil

cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325°F. In a large bowl, add the oats, coconut sugar, and salt, then mix. In a separate bowl, add the maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla, then mix. Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir again. Fold in the chocolate chips. Add the granola to a parchment-lined baking sheet in one giant oval, pressing down with a spatula to help create clusters. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool completely. Once completely cooled, break apart into chunks and store in a sealed container for up to a week.View original recipe
