Going bananas for this BANANA BREAD ๐ If you have spotty bananas lying around do NOT throw those out! ๐ ๐ผโโ๏ธ Ripe bananas are like gold to me ๐ Theyโre super sweet which makes them perfect for freezing for smoothies or baking in this case! This is one of my go-to recipes for banana bread itโs so good ๐คค You can also make it vegan & GF! I made it that way and you couldnโt tell the difference ๐๐ป Hope you have the best Monday! ๐

What you need

ripe banana

cup coconut oil

tsp ground cinnamon

tsp baking soda

dash salt

tsp vanilla extract

cup all purpose flour

cup maple syrup

egg

cup unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
preheat oven to 325ยฐF - in a large bowl, mash bananas well then add the wet ingredients: milk, eggs, oil, maple syrup, vanilla and stir - in a separate bowl, add the flour, baking soda, cinnamon and dash of salt and mix - combine the wet with the dry ingredients, add to a parchment paper lined loaf tin and top with chocolate chips - bake for 50-55 minutes (until a toothpick comes out clean)View original recipe
