Vegan Kale Caesar Salad

Wash the kale and "massage" it with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt to make it less bitter. In a separate bowl, add all ingredients for the dressing (tahini, water, minced garlic clove or garlic powder, lemon juice, dijon mustard, salt, and pepper) and mix well until combined. Top the massaged kale salad with Biena Snacks Rockin’ Ranch chickpeas, the prepared dressing, and a sprinkle of hemp hearts.
