Vegan Pulled Pork Burger

What you need

fl oz olive oil

cup barbecue sauce
can jackfruit

yellow onion

cup water

gluten free bread
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse the can of jackfruit. 2. Cut the harder part of the jackfruit triangles off and discard. 3. Add olive oil to a skillet with diced onion, sauté for 3-4 minutes over low-medium heat. 4. Add the prepared jackfruit, BBQ sauce, and water, then mix. Turn down to a simmer and cover for 20-25 minutes. 5. Take two forks and "shred" the jackfruit directly in the skillet. 6. Add a pinch more BBQ sauce and cook for an additional couple of minutes if needed. 7. Serve on a burger bun with coleslaw and enjoy!View original recipe
